Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record (last 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Lead and train install helpers.
• Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.
• Educate customers on system maintenance and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service for a seamless installation.
