Job summary

Heartland Home Services in Wisconsin's Northwoods is hiring to install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes. Join a collaborative team focused on high standards and helping customers enjoy the outdoors while you work.

You will lead Install Helpers, educate customers on maintenance, ensure code compliance, and coordinate with sales and service to a seamless installation. A clean driving record and HVAC installation experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience, with preference for 3 years.
• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record (last 3 years).
