Qualifications

• HVAC installation experience, with preference for 3 years.
• Experience leading a team.
• Clean driving record (last 3 years).

Responsibilities

• Install and commission HVAC systems in residential homes.
• Lead and train Install Helpers.
• Complete installation closeout forms after a job is complete.
• Educate and advise customers on system maintenance and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless installation process.
• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety policies.
