Hire Right Recruiting in Orem, Utah is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential system replacements and new installations. You will run the install from start to finish, mentor a helper, and ensure every job is done right.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC install experience.
• Experience leading installs and directing a helper.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC change outs and new system installations.
• Set furnaces, air handlers, and condensers and complete line set and duct connections.
• Read and follow load calculations and installation plans.
• Mentor and direct an install helper on the job site.
• Ensure each install meets code and passes inspection.
• Communicate with homeowners and keep the job site clean and professional.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
