Ideal candidates have 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience, EPA 608 certification, and strong diagnostic and customer service skills. A valid driver's license and pass of background check/drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Run residential HVAC service and maintenance calls from dispatch to close.
• Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Perform tune ups and preventative maintenance on residential systems.
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and honestly to homeowners.
• Keep the company vehicle, tools, and inventory organized and stocked.
• Document work performed and collect payment at the point of service.

This is a full time, year round role with a stable customer base, a company vehicle, and strong earning potential through service and replacement opportunities. Key Responsibilities

• Run residential HVAC service and maintenance calls from dispatch to close
• Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Perform tune ups and preventative maintenance on residential systems
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and honestly to homeowners
• Keep the company vehicle, tools, and inventory organized and stocked
• Document work performed and collect payment at the point of service

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 2 or more years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

• Comfortable diagnosing both heating and cooling systems
