Job summary

Comfort Solutions in Arkansas is seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Lead to oversee residential and light commercial installations. You will manage installation teams, mentor apprentices, coordinate jobsites, and ensure top quality work on every project.

The role requires 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience, EPA and RMGA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience is required.
• Leadership or crew lead experience is preferred.
• EPA Certification is required.
• RMGA Certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC systems including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats.
• Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members.
• Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs.

Comfort Solutions is hiring HVAC Installation Leads to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. This is a leadership role for a technician with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to doing things right the first time.
