Talk through what was bid, ensure you have everything you need, and map out anticipated roadblocks so you can head out fully prepared.On the Road (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM): Drive the company van to the job site (with your helper) and lead the installation project to completion with elite attention to detail.End of Day: Return to the shop, check in with the team, clean off the trucks, and make sure everything is prepped and ready to roll for the next morning.Collaborate: Participate in short office team meetings twice a week to share ideas, pitch growth strategies, and talk through how we can do better as a company."See a Need, Fill a Need" - While your primary role is Lead Installer, we all chip in wherever it's needed.
