Aire Serv in Lexington, KY is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to manage residential installation projects from start to finish. You will lead a crew, ensure adherence to codes and manufacturers’ specs, and deliver top-notch customer service.

The role emphasizes mentoring teammates, maintaining equipment, and organizing materials while upholding Aire Serv’s standards and processes. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.
• Leadership experience or the ability to effectively lead a crew.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Train, mentor, and support installation team members.
• Maintain inventory and materials needed for successful installations.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
