Aire Serv in Atoka, TN is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to supervise residential installation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.

You will mentor and lead installation crews, maintain inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with customers and protecting Aire Serv's professional image.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.
• Leadership experience or ability to lead a crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
• Train, mentor, and support installation team members.
