Aire Serv is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer in Brook Highland, Alabama. This role leads residential HVAC installation and replacement projects, ensuring work meets all specifications and codes while delivering excellent customer service.

You will train and mentor crew members, manage parts and inventory, and maintain documentation and company equipment. A clean driving record and strong communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork, and installation best practices.
• Leadership experience or ability to lead a crew.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Train, mentor, and support installation team members.
• Maintain inventory and materials needed for successful installations.
• Communicate professionally with customers throughout the installation process.
• Complete service documentation and invoices accurately.
