Job summary

Sila Heating & Air Conditioning in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to oversee residential installations from start to finish.

You will install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and IAQ products, ensure safety and quality, and mentor junior installers. Join a team that values craftsmanship, ongoing training, and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers and IAQ products.
• Ability to lead and mentor Install Helpers.
• Knowledge of local codes and safety standards.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish.
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and IAQ products.
• Ensure all installations meet company standards and safety requirements.
• Perform system startups, testing, commissioning, and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Train and mentor Install Helpers and Install Seconds.
• Complete installation paperwork accurately.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
