Job summary

Coast to Coast Heating & Air, LLC is seeking a Lead HVAC Installer who combines technical skill with strong leadership on the jobsite. You will oversee installations from teardown to completion, ensuring top-tier workmanship and adherence to our standards.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required or within 60 days.
• NATE Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background screening.
• Own or be willing to acquire necessary HVAC tools.
• Strong leadership and jobsite management skills.
• HVAC installation experience preferred; training available for strong potentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC installation projects from teardown to completion.
• Oversee and manage installers on-site.
• Install air handlers, furnaces, coils (cased & uncased), heat pumps, package units, and mini-split systems.
• Fabricate ductwork and ensure proper airflow and performance.
• Read orders, diagrams, and blueprints; ensure safety and organization.
• Perform system startup, testing, and quality checks.

About the Role

We are looking for aLead HVAC Installerwho is not only technically skilled, but also astrong leader on the jobsite.

This is a key leadership position within our installation department. You will be responsible for overseeing jobs fromteardown to completion, ensuring every install meets our high standards.

You’ll lead by example, set the pace for your team, and ensure every job is completed withprecision, quality, and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and oversee HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Install:
• Air handlers
• Furnaces
• Cased & uncased coils
• Heat pumps
• Package units
• Mini-split systems
• Fabricate ductboard and install ductwork properly
• Remove and replace existing systems and components
• Ensure proper airflow, system design, and performance
• Read and execute work orders, diagrams, and blueprints
• Oversee and manage HVAC installer helpers on-site
• Maintain jobsite organization, safety, and efficiency
• Perform system startup, testing, and quality checks
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed
• Ensure every installation is completedright the first time—no shortcuts

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC installation experiencepreferred (we will train the right individual with strong potential)
• Leadership ability and jobsite management skills
• EPA Certification (required or must obtain within 60 days)
• NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background screening
