The Role of an HVAC Lead Installer

Expertly installing top-of-the-line heating and air systems with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems.
2. Work in 2-3 person crews to remove and replace forced air HVAC systems.
3. Conduct safety and performance tests for each installed system.
4. Record accurate and detailed information about each installation.
5. Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-stocked truck.
6. Train and mentor apprentices for quick and accurate repairs and installations.
7. Educate homeowners about their systems.
8. Communicate with the office about job status and follow-ups.

Who We're Looking For

Experienced Residential HVAC Installer with at least two years of experience, EPA Certification, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Details

Full-time, day shift, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience
