Your New Role

Based in Downingtown, PA, you’ll:

• Perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems.

• Lead 2-3 person crews to remove and replace forced air HVAC systems with precision.

• Conduct safety and performance tests on all installed systems.

• Record accurate and detailed installation information.

• Maintain a clean, organized job site and ensure a fully inventoried truck.

• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate installations.

• Educate homeowners about their new systems and system maintenance.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with the office about job status and follow-ups.

• 1-2 years of HVAC installation experience (residential focus)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• EPA Universal Certification (Required)

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Ability to maintain and care for company property (Vehicle, Tools, iPad)
