Apple Aire Heating and Cooling in the Greater Denver Metro area is seeking an experienced HVAC installer to lead as Install Technician. This full-time role emphasizes top-tier customer service, precision installations, and mentorship of junior installers.

You’ll arrive on time, protect job sites, perform thorough testing, educate customers, and maintain records. EPA/NATE credentials and leadership are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• EPA Certification is required; NATE is preferred.
• Experience installing HVAC systems and leading a team.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced HVAC installer ready to take the lead? Apple Aire is looking for a motivated Lead

Install Technician who is passionate about their craft, committed to top-tier customer service, and excited to mentor the next generation of HVAC professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Arrive on time to the office and all job sites
• Load company vehicle with necessary tools and equipment
• Prepare each job site with care (floor coverings, protection, etc.)
• Complete HVAC system installations with precision and attention to detail
• Perform full system testing to ensure proper operation
• Provide clear, professional customer education on system use
• Maintain detailed records in ServiceTitan, including job notes and payment collection
• Mentor junior installers and support ongoing team training
• Ensure job site and personal safety at all times

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked company vehicle (monthly inspections required)
• Wear and maintain a clean company uniform
• Participate in coaching, training, and continuing education
• Act as a brand ambassador for Apple Aire, upholding our high standards of quality and service

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• EPA Certification
• Proven HVAC installation experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and lead by example
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data entry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in a relevant field
• NATE Certification
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software
• Participation in Praxis S10 Continuing Education
