Job summary

B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an experienced lead installer to advance our residential HVAC projects.

Requirements include 2+ years leading residential HVAC installations, valid Journeyman licenses (Sheet Metal, Gas Fittings, Refrigeration or Plumbing), EPA certification, and proficiency with Service Titan on an iPad. You will coach apprentices and work with our team to uphold safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading residential HVAC installations.
• Journeyman Licenses: Sheet Metal, Gas Fitters, Refrigeration, Plumbing.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations within 3 years.
• Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software.
• Ability to coach and train an apprentice.
• Experience with brazing with nitrogen, pulling a vacuum and recovery, high voltage hookups, wiring thermostats.
• EPA Certification and Nate preferred.

Responsibilities
