B Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing in Albuquerque is seeking an HVAC sales professional to inspect residential systems, run airflow analyses, and recommend equipment solutions to families.

You will collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth customer experience, and you must have a HS diploma or GED. The role offers uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in residential HVAC sales is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
• Preferred experience using a Customer Service Software such as Service Titan.
• Physically able to move equipment and crawl into attics.
• A flexible schedule to work evening and weekend calls.
• Valid and clean driving record and background.

Responsibilities

• Examine the HVAC systems in the residential homes of our customers.

• Determine the best equipment for the customer's home and create a plan.
• Present options and assist customers in making the best decision for their family.
