First Rate Plumbing Heating and Cooling is seeking a Residential HVAC Installation Tech in Albuquerque, NM. You will install residential HVAC systems to company standards, handle furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and cooling systems, and ensure safe, efficient installations.

Residential HVAC Installation Tech

Location: Albuquerque, NM

Pay Range: $30-$42 per hour + performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (overtime available)

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 1 year)
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and ductwork
• Understanding of electrical, gas, and refrigerant systems
• Ability to read and apply residential codes and safety standards
• Leadership skills and ability to mentor others

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
