Bratcher Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a full- or part-time HVAC Lead Generator - Customer Experience Rep to join our Bloomington/Normal area team.

You’ll chat with customers about heating and cooling needs, offer free estimates, and schedule appointments while hitting lead-generation goals in a friendly, retail setting. You’ll be supported by hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement.

• Ability to approach and engage new people confidently.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, reliable and punctual.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
