Job summary

Fort Sill Apache Casino Hotel is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician to perform HVAC and general maintenance on-site in Lawton, OK. The role requires problem-solving, safety awareness, and the ability to work with a diverse team to maintain high service standards.

You will handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, and building systems, conduct preventive maintenance, and stay on-call for emergencies.

Qualifications

Journeyman’s License required.
3–4 years HVAC and refrigeration maintenance/repair experience.
EPA certification required.
Knowledge of automated controls systems and HVAC electrical/plumbing tools.
Able to read specs, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to obtain Fort Sill Apache Gaming Commission license.

Responsibilities

Fulfill work orders for facility repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, roofing, flooring) and perform preventive maintenance.
Monitor and record equipment and system performance.
Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
Work independently when required and complete tasks without supervision.
Remain available after hours for on-call emergencies and reports.
