Chickasaw Nation is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Gold Mountain Casino in Ardmore, OK. This part-time position requires performing a wide range of facilities maintenance tasks to ensure safe, efficient building operation.

The role handles HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer service for guests and staff alike. Shift flexibility and adherence to dress code are expected.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills to operate work orders and documentation.
• Ability to read instructions and follow safety procedures.
• High School diploma or GED required; reliability emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Secures building by maintaining fire alarm protection and safety systems.
• Maintains electrical safety checks and preventive/corrective work orders.
• Paints interior/exterior areas and maintains surfaces as needed.
• Troubleshoots HVAC systems to keep building climate stable.
• Keeps walkways/parking areas free of ice and snow; landscape upkeep.
• Handles plumbing fixtures and sprinkler systems maintenance.
