Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Associate degree in engineering technology or construction management preferred.
• Excellent sales and interpersonal skills required.

• Willing to work with minimal direction and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, prices, proposals, and supplementary information for HVAC projects.
• Read plans and specs to complete accurate quotations.
• Document and organize work with project files.
• Build relationships with current customers.
• Provide guidance and product information to meet customer needs.
• Prepare submittals, process orders, track orders.
• Communicate shipping information and expedite shipping as needed.
• Address questions and problems quickly and diplomatically.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
