Airtron Lead Coordinator is responsible for managing residential HVAC sales leads from initial contact through scheduling and completion. You will coordinate between customers, technicians, comfort advisors, installers, CSR, warehouse, and management to prevent any lead from being lost.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC or home services, sales, dispatch, customer service, or coordination preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead management: monitor, review, and track HVAC replacement and sales opportunities from creation to closure.
• Customer communication: contact customers by phone, text, and email; ensure timely and professional updates.
• Sales support: assist advisors with scheduling and ensuring information is complete before a move-forward.
• Installation coordination: coordinate with installation team and warehouse; identify issues early.
• Reporting: maintain lead and sales tracking; provide updates on open leads and opportunities.
