Job summary

Daikin Applied in Plymouth, MN is seeking an HVAC Test Technician III to join our expanding lab. This role offers a 2nd shift (2:00 PM–12:30 AM, Mon-Thu), a 4-day work week, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Get hands-on with ISO 17025 testing and hands-on training in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a mechanical test lab or field service is preferred.
• Fork truck, man lift, or refrigerant handling certifications preferred.
• Mentorship experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing per ISO 17025 and test requirements.
• Set up and operate complex lab equipment and instruments.
• Identify nonconformities and report testing conditions.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and EH&S compliance.
• Provide direction and training to other technicians (senior roles).
