Qualifications

• Active certification or licensure required.
• 5+ years experience within the last 10 years.
• Non‑Degree and Occupational Associate Degrees: minimum 3 years’ practical work experience.
• Academic Associate or Bachelor's Degree: minimum 4 years’ practical work experience and related degree; online faculty require a master's in content area or related graduate hours.
• Prior to teaching, instructors must have documented teaching experience or complete instructor training.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor per institutional and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational materials using sound practices.
• Ensure learning objectives are met for each course.
• Prepare instructional materials and equipment for use.
• Participate in faculty assessment and professional development.
• Engage in meetings, analyze assessment data, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
