Job summary

Resicon LLC in Tacoma is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to join our growing team. You will install residential heating and cooling systems to our standards, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and meeting project margins.

We require at least 5 years of installation experience, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and proven ability to install gas and refrigerant piping, ductwork, and system controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Proficient in installing gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, and ductwork.
• Knowledge of refrigerants, furnaces, heat pumps, and system balancing.
• Strong safety mindset and ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Primary Job Function

To install residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience while meeting established deadlines and maintaining proper margins.

Work Hours

7:00 am 3:30 pm Monday through Friday typical schedule with occasional weekends and opportunities for on-call.

Pay

$35.00/hr. - $50.00/hr. Depending on Experience

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Proficient in installing Gas Pipe
• Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe
• Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
• Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
• General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customers as well as the company
• Ability to test and balance systems
