Job summary

All Seasons Inc in Tacoma, WA is hiring a Lead HVAC Installer. You will perform residential retrofit installations, including ducted and ductless systems, and manage piping and electrical work.

You’ll read blueprints, conduct start-ups, and balance tests, while guiding apprentices to maintain quality and efficiency. The role requires EPA Universal Certification, residential retrofit experience, and a driving record that meets company standards; a licensed electrical background is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of residential retrofit install experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• 06B or 06A electrical license desired.
• Electrical trainee hours or card required.
• Experience with HVAC design and ductwork installation; low voltage systems.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential retrofit install and changeout projects.
• Install ducted and ductless systems for homes and small businesses.
• Work with gas pipe, refrigerant pipe, and electrical wiring.
• Read wiring diagrams and blueprints; start-ups and system balance tests.
• Advise customers on repairs, upgrades, IAQ options; supervise apprentices.
• Train and oversee helpers; ensure high-quality, timely work.

Job description

Lead HVAC Installer | $35.00 - $50.00 per hour + Spiffs

Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtime

Job Duties:

• Residential and light commercial retrofit / changeout installations
• Installations include ducted and ductless equipment
• Installing gas pip, and refrigerant pipe
• Electric furnaces, heat pumps, split systems, mini splits, RTU's, etc.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Start ups and test and balance systems
• Consult with customer on repair, upgrade, IAQ accessories and replacement options
• Train and work with apprentices
• Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high-quality and timely job performance

What We Are Looking For:

• 4 + years of residential retrofit install experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• 06B or 06A Electrical License - Desired
• Electrical trainee card with hours
• Experience with HVAC design and installation of ductwork systems
• Knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Able to train and oversee a helper is ideal
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
