Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is hiring HVAC installers to complete residential and light commercial installations. You will communicate with customers, perform installs, and ensure satisfaction while promoting products and services.

Position includes training, career growth opportunities across the U.S., and comprehensive benefits. Location is Indianapolis area with variable shifts and on-site work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Experience or training in HVAC installation and service.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes or small businesses.
• Perform limited system diagnostics and startups.
• Design and install ducts and fittings per specs.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote products/services.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and documentation in good condition.
