Job summary

Service Experts LLC is hiring an HVAC installer to complete residential and light commercial installations in customers' homes. You will work under supervision to install heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

You will also assist with audits, train junior staff, and contribute to site planning and safety compliance. A high school diploma and HVAC training plus EPA safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 1+ years HVAC experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient in the fundamentals of HVAC equipment and related accessories.
• Strong understanding of duct layout and installation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes following company and manufacturer specs.
• Perform start-ups and balancing of airflow in systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Train other installers and assist with site supervision and planning.
• Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly used, maintained, and accounted for.
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely; collect payments as needed.
