Responsibilities

• Interpret layout plans, equipment specs, and installation guidelines.
• Supervise small teams, mentor apprentices, and ensure safety.
• Maintain high-quality, code-compliant installations and coordinate with homeowners.
• Troubleshoot field challenges quickly and keep worksites organized.
• Wire low-voltage thermostats.

• Maintain professional communication with homeowners and team members
• Supervise small teams, mentor apprentices, and foster accountability
• Ensure high-quality, code-compliant installations
• Uphold safety standards and lead by example
• Troubleshoot field challenges quickly and professionally
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient worksites
• Wire low-voltage thermostats
