Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Must be drug-free and pass new-hire drug screenings.
• Must pass a background check.
• Willingness to invest in tools used in HVAC installation.
• Motivated to train and advance to higher levels.
• Commitment to customer service and clear communication.
• Able to follow verbal and written directions.
• Adherence to all safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Capable of climbing, reaching, lifting and handling tools during work.

• Progress toward Level 2 by observing journeyman and studying required certifications.
• Learn duct installation, gas line basics, and related tasks.
