Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Installer II in Richardson, TX. You will install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in the customer’s home, perform startups, and ensure proper operation while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in HVAC, EPA/Safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. This role includes training, leadership on projects, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes in accordance with company standards.
• Perform start-ups, balance airflow, and verify system operation.
• Design and install ducts and fittings as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Train other installers and assist Field Supervisor with audits and planning.
