Job summary

Dallas Air Solutions, LLC is seeking a Level 1 HVAC Installer who will assist in servicing and installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in single- and multi-family homes.

Under direct supervision of the Lead Installer, you’ll follow codes and quality standards, participate in training to advance to Level 2, and contribute to a superior customer experience by communicating clearly with clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean MVR.
• Drug-free and able to pass screenings.
• Background check clear.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to invest in HVAC tools.
• Motivation to train and advance to Level 2.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• 5+ years’ HVAC service/repair experience.
• CFC Universal Certification required.
• Able to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Assist in servicing HVAC systems in homes per code and standards.
• Installations follow company quality standards.
• Observe schedules, report to Supervisor, operate company vehicle as needed.
• Develop customer service and communication skills.
