Job summary

MPE Services is hiring a detail-oriented HVAC installer to support new unit installations for residential and commercial clients. You will guide customers to select the best solutions while prioritizing safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include mentoring junior techs, maintaining inventory, logging records in Service Titan, and providing accurate labor/material estimates. This full-time position offers benefits and on-call duties with overtime and incentive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year HVAC installation experience; willingness to continue education in HVAC.
• EPA certification required; NATE certification a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Leadership mindset to mentor juniors.
• Excellent communication and respect for customers and property.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and holidays with short/No notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Field leadership: mentor, guide, and train junior technicians and apprentices on best field practices.
• Quality assurance: ensure field repairs and installations meet code requirements and safety standards.
• Documentation: log service records, job notes, and invoicing in Service Titan.
• Provide precise labor and material estimates for repairs, upgrades, and installations.
• Maintain a highly organized, stocked service truck with inventory.
• Communicate with management, dispatchers, and team members to ensure workflow.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA and safety regulations.
