Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to install residential and light commercial systems and components in customers' homes. You will liaise with the Field Supervisor to ensure installations meet specifications and provide high customer satisfaction.

You will supervise start-ups, promote products, and train others while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training; 6+ years of experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required by local laws.
• Proficient in heating, cooling and ventilation equipment fundamentals and installation.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes per company/specifications.
• Perform start-ups on HVAC systems and ensure proper operation.
• Design, fabricate and install ducts and duct fittings as required.
• Train other installers in technical skills and procedures as assigned.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the company ethically.
