IRBIS Air Plumbing Electrical is seeking an HVAC Installer in San Jose, CA. This hands-on role offers a clear path to earnings up to $160K annually through base hourly pay plus performance pay.

You will install furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, and complete systems for residential customers, contributing to revenue and long-term customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of HVAC installation experience, owns their hand tools, and can pass background and drug tests.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an HVAC Installer.
• Must provide own hand tools.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Install new furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, air conditioners and ductwork in a residential setting.
• Install IAQ accessories and deliver clean, code-compliant installations on every job.
• Educate customers on how to use and maintain their new equipment.
• Work as part of an install team to complete jobs efficiently and accurately.
• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on all completed work.
• Strictly follow all safety policies and procedures on every job site.

Core Responsibilities:

• Install new furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, air conditioners and ductwork in a residential setting

Requirements:

Pay Range: Clear Path to $160K Annually!

Compensation Breakdown:

• Hourly: $32–$55/hr + Performance Pay
• Performance Bonuses (customer reviews and output)
• Top 3 Earners Make $130K–$160K Annually with Performance Pay Included!

Location:

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday OR Monday–Saturday
• 9–12 Hour Shifts
• Weekend Availability
