Service Experts in the Merrifield area is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to complete installation of residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, answer questions, and promote products while delivering high satisfaction.

The role involves starting up systems, performing limited diagnostics, and assisting with site planning and audits as needed. A strong safety mindset and readiness to train others are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training; 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required by regulations.
• Proficient in HVAC fundamentals and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes following company standards.
• Perform limited diagnostics and start-ups on systems.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and fittings as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products/services.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and paperwork in good order.
