Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to install residential and light commercial systems in customers’ homes. You will follow company standards, perform start-ups, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will also train and supervise Assistants as needed and coordinate with supervisors on job readiness. The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 2+ years’ experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes per company standards.
• Coordinate with Field Supervisor/Manager on installation plan and timelines.
• Perform limited diagnostics and start-ups on HVAC systems.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked installation vehicle and proper paperwork.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
