Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Fairfax, VA is seeking an HVAC Installer to complete installation of residential and light commercial systems. You will communicate with customers, answer questions, resolve issues, and promote products and services to ensure total customer satisfaction.

You will train other installers and assist the Field Supervisor or GM with audits and planning on job sites, while maintaining a professional image and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years of experience.
• Valid licensing/certifications as required; EPA and safety certs.
• Proficient in HVAC fundamentals, installation, and duct work.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per specs.
• Perform start-ups, diagnostics, and basic troubleshooting.
• Design and install ducts and fittings as needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional conduct.
