Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Installer Helper II to support installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in customers' homes. You will assist with equipment and duct installation under supervision, ensuring safety, accuracy and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HVAC, basic wiring knowledge, and strong communication skills. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within the company across the United States.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 2+ years experience in HVAC with technical training certification preferred
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Basic knowledge of HVAC operation and related accessories
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary tools and equipment
• Ability to stand/walk, climb ladders, and access attics/basements

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes under supervision
• Assist with installation of HVAC systems, ducts and fittings per company standards
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service
• Assist in delivery and removal of equipment needed for installation
• Maintain proper use and accounting of company property and tools
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely; represent company professionally
