Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an Installer II to install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes, under supervision. You will design, fabricate, and install ductwork, perform system startups, and deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, and strong mechanical aptitude. Ideal candidates can read wiring diagrams, balance airflow, and operate HVAC tools with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 2+ years’ experience.
• Must hold EPA and safety certifications.
• Proficient in HVAC fundamentals and system commissioning.
• Strong duct layout and installation proficiency.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Willing to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes.
• Perform startup and commissioning of systems.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products.
• Assist with supervision, planning, and quality audits.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain vehicle/stock.
• Complete paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Maintain safety and PPE; report incidents.
