Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Texas seeks a skilled HVAC Installer to install heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment in customers’ homes, following company standards and manufacturer specifications.

You will prepare duct work, perform start-ups, balance airflow, read wiring diagrams, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining safety, professionalism, and a neat, organized installation vehicle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with HVAC training.
• EPA and safety certifications are required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC fundamentals and equipment.
• Experience installing ductwork and accessories with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant issues.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per company standards.
• Perform limited diagnostics and start-ups on systems.
• Design and install duct work and fittings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote services.
• Complete paperwork and collect payments where required.
• Maintain vehicle and tools in good condition.
