Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an installer to complete residential and light commercial HVAC equipment installations, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

You will work under supervision, assemble and start up systems, perform duct work, and coordinate with the field team. A high school diploma and HVAC certification, along with 2+ years' experience, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC training and certifications preferred.
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience; EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customer homes per company specs.
• Perform start-ups, balance airflow, and ensure proper operation of systems.
• Design, fabricate, and install ducts and duct fittings as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist Field Supervisor with planning, audits, and on-site supervision.
