Job summary
2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an Installer Helper to support Installer or Lead Installer in installing residential HVAC equipment and accessories. Work is performed under direct supervision at the Scarborough, ME location.
Applicant will assist with heating, cooling, ventilation, and related installations while upholding exceptional customer service and company standards. Perks include top pay, generous PTO, career growth across the U.S., comprehensive medical/dental/vision
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; HVAC experience with certification preferred.
- EPA and safety certifications required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and climbing ladders.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment under supervision.
- Assist with installation of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
- Assist in duct installation.
- Deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in delivery and removal of equipment.
- Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are properly used and maintained.
- Complete paperwork neatly and timely.
- Represent the company professionally.
- Keep installation vehicle clean.
- Attend to on-call shifts and flexible hours.
- Regular attendance.
- Perform similar duties as needed.
