Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an installer helper to assist with residential and light commercial HVAC installations under direct supervision in customers' homes. You will support the Installer or Lead Installer with heating, cooling, ventilation, and related accessories according to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0–2 years of experience, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training and 0–2 years experience preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installer/Lead Installer in installing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment under direct supervision.
• Help install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories as per specs.
• Assist with duct installation and organization of tools and equipment.
• Maintain professional customer service and support high satisfaction.
• Complete paperwork neatly and timely as required.
