Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an entry-level Installer Helper to assist the installation team in residential and light commercial HVAC projects in the Birmingham, AL area. You will work under direct supervision and gain hands-on experience with equipment, ducts, and accessories.

Responsibilities include assisting with installations, maintaining equipment and paperwork, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and basic electrical/thermodynamic understanding.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installing HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes under supervision.
• Assist in installing ducts, fittings, and related components.
• Maintain clean work areas and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete paperwork neatly and on time.
• Represent the company professionally and ensure safety of tools and vehicles.
