Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Installer Helper to support residential and light commercial HVAC installations. You will assist the Installer or Lead Installer in installing heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment in customers' homes, ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include helping with ductwork, equipment delivery and removal, paperwork accuracy, and maintaining a professional image. Strong communication and flexible hours are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 0–2 years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required by regulations for the area.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Installer/Lead Installer with installing HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes.
• Assist in installation of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration equipment and related accessories.
• Help install ducts and duct fittings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist in delivery and removal of equipment for installations.
• Maintain company property, vehicles, and tools in good condition.
