Job summary

Entek Corporation in Vancouver & Longview, WA is hiring an HVAC Installer to join a stable, employee-focused team. You will install residential and lite commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with emphasis on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and electrical basics.
• Ability to read blueprints and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install residential & lite commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with focus on quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with team to complete installs on time and to company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
• Ensure all work meets safety codes and best practices
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide a great customer experience
• Maintain accurate job documentation (materials, time, and work performed)

What You’ll Do

• Install residential & lite commercial heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Work alongside a team to complete installs on time and up to company standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
• Ensure all work meets safety codes and best practices

• Maintain accurate job documentation (materials, time, and work performed)

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ year of residential HVAC installation experience. Commercial experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and basic electrical
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Valid driver’s license and required Washington certifications/licenses
