We're Pioneer Valley Environmental, out of Ware, MA, and we're looking for a skilled HVAC Installer who takes pride in clean work, fast installs, and doing the job right the first time.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Experience with ductless, central AC, gas furnaces, heat pumps
• Knows how to read a scope and build it like the diagram
• Can handle refrigerant, electrical, and airflow like a pro
• EPA-certified (or close to it)
• A teammate who shows up, works smart, and has fun doing it
