Qualifications

• Past experience as HVAC Installer or comparable education.
• Valid Drivers License.
• EPA Certification.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Friendly, professional attitude with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and hot water heaters.
• Replace and upgrade existing HVAC equipment.
• Install refrigerant lines, venting, gas piping, electrical connections, and condensate drains.
• Start up, test, and verify proper system operation.
• Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Treat every customer's home with care and respect.
• Complete required paperwork and communicate effectively with the office and customers.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
